We realized that education, needed to look at first, as there was few opportunities for under privileged children. Many children did not complete their education due to various problems. We decided to help them by starting our first hostel at Canacona.
Today, we run three hostels for the under privileged children namely
(1) Shree Mataji Mandir Vidyarthi Vasatigruha at Canacona. (82 Students)
(2) Shree Parashuram Vidyarthi Vasatigruha at Paingin. (52 Students)
(3) Shree Durgamata Vidyarthi Vasatigruha at Netravali. (33 Students)
Around 167 students are availing these facilities to pursue their educational goal. Our hostels, other than providing shelter to the students, also ensure the mental, physical, educational and cultural development of the hostel residents, dedicated local management committees keenly follow this progress and also help in administration.
We have our own building for Shri Mataji Mandir Vidyharthi Vasatigruha, Canacona however we require infrastructure items for healthy and educational environment.
